Beef steak tomato with fresh mozzarella and basil
Beef carpaccio with chipotle sauce
Marinated asparagus, roasted sweet peppers, grilled artichokes,
sun dried tomatoes and grilled Portabella mushrooms
Fresh seasoned cubes of fruits and berries

Salads
Mixed field greens with assorted dressings
Caesar salad with croutons and shredded Parmesan cheese
 Italian tomato salad, sliced cucumber salad in yogurt dill dressing
Bow-tie pasta salad with bell pepper and onion
Vegetable salad in balsamic vinaigrette

Eggs and omelets cooked to order, condiments
Apple-wood smoked bacon
 Selection of rolls and breakfast bakeries with butter
