Working Executive Chef in a high volume self operated corporate food service establishment, conference center,
Seattle’s Best full service coffee bar and 42 self service coffee bars.  Located in downtown Houston Texas.

 Responsibilities:

Breakfast, lunch preparation and service for 700 upscale meals daily
Kitchen administration
Purchasing
Employee training
Employee scheduling and payroll
Employee performance evaluations
Food and Labor cost control
Kitchen sanitation

HACCP documentation 

Skills/Qualifications:

Have superior employee and customer relation skills.
The ability to lead, guide and direct a group of culinary professionals
